DUBAI: American superstar Ariana Grande announced on Wednesday that she will perform alongside pop star Lady Gaga at the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards on Aug. 30.
The pair will perform their hit duet “Rain on Me” at the event that is expected to take place at multiple outdoor locations scattered across New York City.
The duo lead this year’s nominations with nine each, and seven of them are specifically for “Rain On Me,” that include song of the year, best collaboration, video of the year, best pop, best visual effects, best cinematography and best choreography.
Miley Cyrus will also take the stage to debut her new single “Midnight Sky,” and K-pop band BTS will perform their upcoming song “Dynamite.”
