The driver of a Ferrari Spider crashed his $270,000 supercar into a garden, claiming the accelerator pedal became stuck, British daily the Telegraph reported on Sunday.
The flashy sports car sped off a roundabout, mounted a pavement and ended up in a bush in the front garden of a suburban house.
The incident, which took place on Saturday, left a path of damage along the street in the southwestern county of Somerset, knocking down two bollards.
The owner of the house where the garden was damaged, told the Telegraph “the driver said the throttle stuck on and he couldn’t slow down to take the roundabout.”
After losing control of the vehicle, the car smashed through the rubbish of the property, before landing in the garden.
