BEIRUT: Lebanese pop star Yara on Thursday released a Khaleeji solo titled “Helou Al-Mesham,” composed by Ghaith Mohammed and distributed by Zaid Nadeem, Sayidaty Magazine reported.
Yara also announced that she will be releasing another Khaleeji song in partnership with music composer Mahmoud Khayami, poet Hussein Al-Yami and distributer Khaled Nabil.
Inspired by the holidays, Yara has visited patients at the Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon in Beirut, and said she believes in hope no matter how hard life gets.
She will welcome the new year in Abu Dhabi, where she will perform a concert with Mohammad Iskandar.
This year, Yara released a 10-song album in the Egyptian and Lebanese dialects, titled “Muathibni Al-Hawa.”
Earlier this week, she sang the theme song of the Egyptian TV series “Nasibi wa Qismetak.”
