DUBAI: Firefighters in Turkey came to the rescue after a toddler got his head stuck in a darbuka drum Turkish media reported.
It is not clear how the child’s head came to be stuck in the instrument, he might have been trying it on as a hat.
The only explanation offered was that little Bunyamin Yurtcan’s head became wedged while playing with it.
His parents initially tried to free the little boy’s head after hearing his cries, but failed.
They then called the emergency services who able to cut Bunyamin free from the drum. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.
