Ford is building 13 new electric cars, including groundbreaking models like a 300-mile electric SUV and a hybrid Mustang.
Seven of the new 13 models will be released by 2020, and an F-150 Hybrid pick-up and Mustang Hybrid are among those soon to come, the company announced on Tuesday. Ford is currently investing $700 million toward creating new eco-friendly cars like two electrified police vehicles. It's all part of a larger $4.5 billion effort to produce more EV models in the next couple years. But the automaker is making some other big changes, too.
