C-SPAN digital and social media specialist Jeremy Art captured an amazing and telling video of the Speaker of the House laying down the law at the swearing in of the 115th Congress.
During the ceremonial swearing in of Rep. Roger Marshall from Kansas, a young man in his party, presumably his son, tried to dab for the pictures — and no-nonsense Paul Ryan would have absolutely none of it.
