CEO offers to fund employees who want to attend Women's March

Snowboarding company Burton is making it as easy as possible for their employees to attend Jan. 21 Women's March on Washington. 

CEO and co-owner Donna Carpenter told Cosmopolitan in an interview that not only will she be attending the march, she's bringing a posse: her employees.

Carpenter extended an offer to her Vermont-based employees that would provide them with two nights in a hotel as well as up to $250 to be spent on airfare. "About 25" employees have taken her up on her offer so far, all women except for one man. Read more...
